   		LIMITED 72 HOUR HEALTH GUARANTEE 
	I guarantee that puppy is healthy at the time of sale. Puppy has shown 
no visible signs of sickness. Your puppy will be dewormed at 2,3,4 and 6 weeks
of age. Your puppy will also have its first set of shots at 6 weeks old. Be sure to
let your vet know. You will receive a shot and deworming record along with your 
puppy.
	We do not guarantee a puppy that develops hypoglycemia (low blood
sugar) or diarrhea due to stress or improper diet after the puppy is picked up.
	The purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian
within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Date of pickup___________________.
	Not having the puppy examined within this 72 hour period will *VOID*
this contract. I must be informed within the 72 hours of anything found to be wrong 
with the puppy. Seller is *NOT* responsible for any vet bills incurred by buyer. .
	 If the veterinarian finds anything wrong with the puppy
a letter must be provided by the licensed veterinarian on his or her stationary including 
diagnosis, treatment, the date, his or her name, and phone number that I will be able to 
contact them at. You must notify me the same day and make arrangements to return the 
puppy. Including all registration paperwork signed back over to the seller along with the 
puppys shot and deworming record.
	If puppy were to get sick and die during the first 72 hours of purchase a 
Necropsy must be preformed at Buyers Expense to determine the cause of death was 
caused by an illness puppy had prior to sale. A copy of the necropsy report must be given to
the seller to prove cause of death.
	At anytime seller has the right to have puppy re-examined by his or her licensed
veterinarian for a second opinion. 
	Seller has the option to refund your purchase price or replace a puppy with one
of equal value if one is available at the time. *NO* shipping cost or veterinarian bills will be
refunded!!
	Buyer understands that this guarantee does *NOT* cover anything that is Treatable,
Correctable, Breed Related, or a Condition that puppy will most likely outgrow. Nor does it cover
any type of skin allergies including mites or mange of any kind.
	The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the health and injury of the
puppy after the puppy leaves the sellers premises. Parvo and other canine transmitted
diseases are *NOT* covered by this guarantee. It is up to the purchaser to take 
precautionary steps to protect the puppy from dangerous or infected situations until 
the puppy has had its full series of proper vaccinations.
	It is understood that the seller makes no guarantees as to color, size, 
dispostion, or ability to breed or show the purchased puppy.
