			          DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

	All payments and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE in any event that you change your 
mind on wanting the puppy or if you decide you can't get the puppy once you've made your deposit.
	The only way a payment or deposit is REFUNDABLE is if the puppy you have placed a
 deposit on were to die or become ill while in my care, making it so that the puppy cannot be placed 
in your home. In the event that this happens you have the option of either a cash refund or you can 
have your deposit transferred onto another puppy if one is available.
	Once deposit is received I will mail you a receipt of your down payment. Payments can be 
accepted at any time until paid in full. All puppies must be paid in full by the time they reach 6weeks
 of age. Please notify me when sending a payment so I will be looking for it. When payments are 
received I will mail receipts.
	If your puppy is being shipped you MUST print, sign, date, and return a copy of the shipping
 agreement off of my website along with this deposit agreement, puppy agreement and your down
 payment.

 By signing this agreement you agree that you have read and understand everything that has been stated
in this contract.
